Roland Mentzer has worked in the service industry for almost 30 years. His background is in the logistics, financial and security sectors with more than 20 years of top management experience.
For the last 15 years Roland Mentzer has been Managing Director for several well-known company groups and mid-sized companies in Germany and Central Eastern Europe. He successfully generated profitable growth in each of these positions. His individual imprint is apparent even when faced with challenging conditions. Roland Mentzer’s development, restructuring, reorganization, turnaround, M&A as well as his Sales & Marketing skills have resulted in up to double-digit EBIT margin growth rates. He has been responsible for business volumes of several hundred millions with up to 18,000 employees.
